Shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

Orders leave our partner warehouse within 3 to 4 business days. Delivery then takes 4 to 6 weeks door to door. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stops updating for more than 10 days, email us at support@northvaleusa.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us before your order ships and we will update it.
